How 7×19 delivered this Roof Top Zip Wire Construction Project
Concept Design
For Scale, 7×19 consulted on the original zip design to ensure it would work practically and from an operational perspective. Having made some small adjustments to the original concept, we were ready to move onto the technical design.
Technical Design
7×19 collaborated with the engineers, principle contractors and the client to ensure the technical design of the zip and breaking systems would be practical to install and work operationally to ensure a smooth install and user experience.
Once this is done, we worked from the final drawings to get ready for the installation date.

Construction
The main steel work for this project was being provided by the Principal Contractor, so once we had a date for install of the wire and breaking systems, the team headed to site with the materials to complete the installation in this unique location.
All works had to be completed working alongside the Principal Contractor and working around the stadium’s busy summer schedule.

Project Completion
Another happy customer with an operational zip, built on schedule, and passed the inaugural inspection. We love seeing the videos and pictures coming from the public as they fly through the air above The Principality Stadium at Scale.
