How 7×19 Delivered this Adventure Bridge Project
Concept Design

Working with the Client 7×19 developed a design to both solve the challenge presented whilst giving consideration to how we could make this bridge part of the overall experience not just a dull pathway between activities.
This lead to the bridge having two routes with obstacles installed on one route to provide a more fun and engaging way to transition between the two parts of the venue
Technical Design
Working with our own specialist engineer and the original shopping centre engineers 7×19 had to design the structure to work in the roof space. Technical engineering drawings were produced and signed off before being sent for fabrication.
Manufacturing and Construction
The work starts in the 7×19 workshop in North Wales were we make as much of the bridge as possible before it being packed alongside the fabricated steel and shipped to site ready to be installed.
This project presented some unique challenges as the shopping centre had to remain open for the build and the bridge needed to be installed above the main entrance. This meant the project team worked night shifts to minimise the risks involved with working at height in a public space.
The install was smooth, if a little dusty that high in the roof space, with the team transition to day shifts once the main structural work was complete.

Project Completion
Work completed and handed over to JumpYard ready for the rest of the venue to be finished and open to the public. We’ve enjoyed seeing the photos and images of children and adults making use of this fun adventure bridge
