Zip Wires

Zip Wires

Zip Lines are a popular leisure activity right across the globe. The UK holds some of the world’s longest zip lines, some of which are over 2km long. Many others have been constructed in unique locations, such as lakes, fjords, quarries, cities, and even jungles.

A Zip Line consists of a cable (or multiple cables) which is anchored at both ends. The line follows a degree of slope and each has a choice of method for stopping and dismounting. Typically, the longer and faster the Zip Line is, the more factors which need to be considered during the design stage.

For leisure operators, a well designed Zip Line can provide a fantastic return on investment, and form a point of attraction over your competition. We would gladly share with you examples of all different Zip Lines which have worked well in the past.

With experience of designing and operating numerous Zip Lines on every scale across the globe, the 7x19 team is well placed to build the perfect Zip Line for your needs. We will listen to your requirements, recommend the most suitable and safe option for your customers, whilst ultimately bringing your ideas to life.
